Velocity Servers has an affiliate program where you can earn either 7% or $5 per sale you generate for them. The system they use is by idev, it's pretty powerful and easy to use.
I recently signed up with their system to see if I could get started tonight, I had a friend who was going to order from them and I wanted to get his referral pay. After filling out their form which only took me 5 minutes, it says.
